I guess its E

It says the pattern is - G Y R but we dont know what preceeds Green so it can be

G G G G Y R ...

Hence both the statements are insuff

if they had given that R preceeds G then the pattern would have been G Y R, so both the stmts would have been sufficient for finding the answer

to all, I would say this as a 700+ question, what do you guys think ?

(1) The 18th tile in the row is not yellow.

(2) The 19th tile in the row is not green.

it depends on where the GYR combintation is? (start , end or middle )
GYRGYRGYR , or , GGGGGGGGGGYRRRRRR , or, GGGGYRGYRGYRRRRRR..or GGGGYRGYRGYRGYR.etc

from 1

INSUFF

FROM 2

INSUFF

BOTH

18th and 19 th are either (R,R) and the sequence folows is RRRRR or (G,Y) and RRRRRR or RGYRG to make the given assumption valid thus 24th could be either R or G

I say E

Yep E.
There is no way to determine the color of first tile in the sequence so we cant say for sure what colors are 18th and 19th tiles. Hence, we cant say anything about the 24th tile.
