Germany = 122
France = 71
Both = 38
Then only Germany = 122-38 = 84
Only france = 71-38 = 33
Total surveyed = 200.
% of people who visited only Germany = 84/200*100 = 42%

A is the answer.

The number of travelers who have been to only Germany is 122 - 38 = 84, so the percentage of all travelers is:

84/200 = 42/100 = 42 percent.
