Centroid divides median in 2:1.
AF= 8cm and FD = 4cm
BF= 16/3 cm and FE = 8/3 cm
Median divides the triangle in 2 equal areas
Area(ABC) = 2*Area(ABD) = 2*(1/2*12*16/3) = 64 (All the options are wrong imo)

OA is D
Since median is given AD And BE as 12 & 8
So. Area can be drive as.
1/2*12*x(BC side)= 1/2*8*y(AC side)
12x=8y
3x=2y
X/Y=2/3
So if we put X = Multiple of 2 and Y as multiple of 3.
Area will be same.
So, 1/2*12*2z= AREA OF TRIANGLE
12z= AREA OF TRIANGLE
THAT MEANS multiple of 12 is the area of triangle
And only fourth option 72=12×6 is the given multiple of triangle.
So OA is D.
