y = mx+c
m = -3 and c is 6 as c is the y-intercept.
y = -3x+6
Only points, which satisfy the equation is when x is 2 and y is 0.

m=y2-y1/x2-x1

x1,y1 = 0,6
and m = -3
x2,y2 = line intersecting at x axis will have y1 = 0
so
-3= 0-6/x2-0
x=2
coordinate (2,0)

y=mx+c
putting (0,6) c=6

Now let us find (x,0)

0= (-3)x +6; x=2.
