I think the wordings are not apt. I failed to figure out whether 400 feet is the length of one block or the entire east-west street. How to figure these out in GMAT ?
The key phrase here is “blocks along” - which strongly implies that the measurement refers to one block rather than the entire street. If it referred to the entire street, it would likely specify the total length explicitly (e.g., "The total length of the east-west street is X feet")
