Please be careful with questions you post. This is second time that I have seen your questions have faulty answer options..
As per the question, the 4-digit number has to have 245 in the sequence, so we are left with one place to be filled up by 0, 1 or 3.. 0.... 2_4_5_......0 can be any of the 3 positions 1.... _2_4_5_......1 can be any of the 4 positions 3.... _2_4_5_......3 again can be any of the 4 positions Total 3+4+4=11
