Deconstruct the argument
On the day when sale of Hezocal (High) ---- Graffiti painted ( high)
Teenagers are known to create the vast majority of the graffiti in Neurtai. So vendors ceased selling hezocal to teenagers.
So ideally now sale of hezocal and graffiti painted should have no correlation. Teenagers, the major creators of Graffiti are no longer getting Hezocal.

i have a question though.
Even If weather is warm/hot the vendors have stopped selling the drinks to teenagers right so how come they get access to drinks.
Also the pattern is sales are high --> Graffiti high but vendors have stopped selling the drinks to most teenagers, so event the sales are high it is possible that those sales are not from the the teenagers.

please answer my query.

It is assumed that the high graffiti is related high sales of the drinks.
what if something else causes the both, regardless of whether teenagers drink cold drinks or not?
Cold weather answers that. In cold low sales, no graffiti and teens don't go out. in warm wether people drink more and teens hang out more. teens don't drink but what they do is "graffiti".

But my question is how to suppose that in cold weather people don't drink less cold drinks?! We are not supposed to use our general knowledge!
