x=24.bcd
We want to know value of x, which is rounded to nearest hundredths.
So we should know b,c and d, since if d≥5, c will be rounded of to 1 more, else not.
Here S1 and S2 gives values of b and c, but not d.
So insufficient.
Answer E.
