A+B=90 since these are angles of a right angled triangle. Similarly, C+D=90 and E+F=90. Total=90*3=270

In triangle SRX, Angle S = 90.
Then angle a+b = 90
In triangle XTY, Angle T = 90.
Then angle c+d = 90
In triangle YUR, Angle U = 90.
Then angle f+e = 90
Then, a+b+c+d+e+f = 270
D is the answer.
