Ans B

QP = PR =2
QR = 2√2 apply pythogoras theorem

QRS is equilateral triangle so perimeter = 3x 2√2 = 6√2

The triangle PQR is a right 45-90-45 triangle. Hence the length of QR is 2√2.

Also triangle QRS is an equilateral triangle of side 2√2.

Hence perimeter = 3* 2√2 = 6√2.
