Hard to show calculation, but the equation for the lowest triangle looks like this:
180-2x + x + 90-x = 180 (Sum of the angle of a triangle = 180)
x = 45 i.e. C

Traingle ABC

Angle BAC= x (Opposite angles)
x+x+angle BCA = 180
Angle BCA=180-2x

Triangle EFG

Angle EFG = x (Opposite angles)
Angle FGE = 90 (Given)
Angle FEG + 90 + x = 180
Angle FEG = 90-x

Triangle CDE
Angle DCE = 180-2x (Since opposite angles, Angle BCA=180-2x)
Angle CED = 90-x (Since opposite angles, Angle FEG = 90-x)
Angle CDE = x (Opposite angles)

180-2x+90-x+x= 180
x=45
