(B) the condominium corporation has only taken into account the concerns of their prospective clients[“the condominium corporation” is singular, “their” is incorrect reference – eliminate it]
(C) the condominium corporation only took their prospective clients’ concerns into account[“the condominium corporation” is singular, “their” is incorrect reference – eliminate it]

in B the perfect tense isn’t required. Besides, ‘their’ has no antecedent. Again C wrongly uses ‘their’. in D the placement of ‘only’ is wrongand its passive voice. E changes the meaning and has a modifier error. A wins
