Sentence has pronoun and passive voice issues.

(A) the condominium corporation took into account only the concerns of its prospective clients [“its” correctly points to singular “the condominium corporation “ - Hold it]

(B) the condominium corporation has only taken into account the concerns of their prospective clients[“the condominium corporation” is singular, “their” is incorrect reference – eliminate it]

(C) the condominium corporation only took their prospective clients’ concerns into account[“the condominium corporation” is singular, “their” is incorrect reference – eliminate it]

(D) the concerns of its prospective clients only were taken into account by the condominium corporation [This is good one but has passive voice issue – eliminate it]

(E) prospective clients had their concerns only taken into account by the condominium corporation [Definitely not – incorrect past perfect tense issue and passive voice issue – eliminate it]

Answer: A

in B the perfect tense isn’t required. Besides, ‘their’ has no antecedent. Again C wrongly uses ‘their’. in D the placement of ‘only’ is wrongand its passive voice. E changes the meaning and has a modifier error. A wins

In the initial planning stages - Must describe the condominium corporation ( So Only A, B and C remain )

Errors in B, C and other options highlighted in red...

Answer will be option (A)

B and C: “their”(plural) doesn’t have an antecedent.
D and E: “by the condominium corporation, not those of surrounding homeowners.” not parallel.
A: “its” correctly refers to “condominium corporation”. Hence, A is the answer

(A) the condominium corporation took into account only the concerns of its prospective clients - Correct: "In the initial planning stages" correctly modifes "the condominium corporation".

(B) the condominium corporation has only taken into account the concerns of their prospective clients - Wrong: 1) Wrong Tense: Should use past tense instead of present perfect 2) "their" instead of "its"

(C) the condominium corporation only took their prospective clients’ concerns into account - Wrong: 1) "their" instead of "its"

(D) the concerns of its prospective clients only were taken into account by the condominium corporation - Wrong: 1) Modifier issue. 2) Parallelism issue

(E) prospective clients had their concerns only taken into account by the condominium corporation - Wrong: 1) Modifier issue. 2) Parallelism issue
