Option C

St1 says no info about R. Insufficient
St2 says no info about Q. Insufficient

Combining we get that the slope will be a negative value. Hence C

1
Tan30 = m1-m2/1+m1.m2
We know m1, so by combining above two statements we can know m2

So the questions is whether the slope of line segment QR is positive?
i.e, whether the line segment QR is going in an upward direction while moving from left to right?

Statement 1: talks about some other line PQ.
So, we are missing point R of the line segment QR in this statement. Hence INSUFFICIENT

Statement 2: talks about the angle PQR. (which is 30 Deg)
So, we now know the relative angle between lines PQ and PR but unless we know the reference point we cannot be sure whether QR has a positive slop.
Again, INSUFFICIENT.

From 1 and 2,
We know slope of PQ = -1
Meaning if you consider one of the point (P or Q) at Origin (0,0) the other point (Q or P) would be in either second or fourth quadrant of a rectangular coordinate system.
So, if we add statement-2 in this and from point Q if we were make a 30 Deg angle to draw QR line, point R would again be in 2nd or 4th quadrant and line segment QR would have a negative slope.

So, Both statements are required to answer the question.

Hence Option C
