Hi,
the way question is framed the answer is B..
Question tells us that tourism industries was 12.2% of GDP in x year and 12.6% in the previous yr say y year..
then it says that the GDP is the same in both years...
1) stat 1 tells GDP was \$12 million less in year X than it was the
previous year, which contradicts the question stem itself.. insuff
2) GDP is given for one year , it will be same for other ... suff
ans B..
you will have to change the Q stem , i am sure you mean GDP from tourism industries was same for both years..

the way question is framed the answer is B..

you will have to change the Q stem , i am sure you mean GDP from tourism industries was same for both years..

This came from Jack Sachmans problems. This is a very poorly worded question, I think. The answer is actually D.

The q is poorly worded because it does not distinguish the GDP from the tourism contributed GDP in the 1 and 2 statements.
