Inconsistency with < and > sign in PS OG13

Hi there,
I'm preparing myself for the GMAT in 5 weeks and I don't understand why sometimes they are using the sign as >= and 5^12. In this question they both offer 6 and 7. 25^6 would be equal (or bigger) than 5^12 and 25^7 is bigger than 5^12. B (7) is the right answer.
On the other hand: Page 162 Question 73: If x+5>2 and x-32 is as well as 7=2 and 7 or = and <=?
Thank you!

I think that discussions of the questions you mention should help you to clear your doubts.
