One thing for you to consider is how you will build these skills faster. There's always skills and knowledge you can develop without the MBA. There's a point of diminishing returns when it comes to learning in a position or organization. Once you get beyond a certain learning curve, your rate of learning will slow wherever you are or whatever you do, except maybe certain types of consulting at certain firms. Another key to consider is are you learning the things you want to, or need to learn - the right learning. If you are going into management consulting, for example, are you learning the right stuff leading up to MC? If you are building your career path around MC in the short term, you could say, for example, you want to build deep industry experience now, which maybe you don't have yet. I would suggest you information interview with consultants at M/B/B firms and ask what they are looking for in terms of pre-MBA experience and where your gaps are - bring a copy of your CV for reference. Try to get in front of at least a Project Leader if not a Principal so that they can tell you what they look for when building a team. As much as learning and growing is fun, you can often have just as much fun learning something that will help you later vs something that won't help you later.
As for profiles, you may fit the INSEAD profile, but you may also fit the profiles of other schools that are just as good if not better. That will be up to you to decide if INSEAD is the best school (and best by your definition and your circumstances, not anyone else's) you have a shot at.

Same here, I just finished my interview.
Seems like they have some kind of report to fill, I had the exact same questions...
Anyway, I hope it went well, the chat was kind of informal. It lasted 1h30, sometimes in French and sometimes in English. Very interesting and clever person, knew exactly the difficult questions and went straight to the point.

I got my first interviewer details last night. per the email, there is a possibility that they may do just one interview due to time constraints/alum availability. did anyone get just one interviewer details? I dunno if that's a bad thing.
either ways, less waiting time for results.. more time for preps 
)
