Hello everyone,

I'm an admissions interviewer for INSEAD, and as such, the school just shared with us the class profile for the MBA'19D Class.

I thought this information could be very helpful for all the applicants.

Meet the Class of MBA’19D!

  • 521 students (315 in FBL and 206 in SGP)
  • 71 nationalities
  • 35% women
  • Average Age: 29 (80% ranging from 26 to 32)
  • Average GMAT score: 710 (80% scored between 670 and 750)
  • Average years of work experience: 5.6 years (80% ranging from 3 to 8 years)
  • Pre-MBA industry sector:
    - 29% consulting
    - 37% corporate
    - 22% financial services
    - 12% technology, media and telecommunications
  • Top 5 largest national groups: Indian, Chinese, American, Spanish, Canadian
  • Largest National Groups Per Capita: Lebanon, Singapore, Luxembourg, Portugal, Israel
  • Top 5 native languages: English, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese
