Well you can add in an additional year of opportunity cost of lost salary as well for a 2 year mba....

Yep HBS is more like the $180-$200k when you double it up.

European schools work out a fair bit cheaper (Insead costs are similar to Cambridge and Oxfords (~$70k-$75k) 1 year MBAs - LBS two year program works out about $105k vs $120k tuition costs at top US schools). Insead is pretty reasonable - but it is only a one year course and as a result has its comprimises.

Be careful adding in your opportunity cost for the extra years lost salary - that salary pays for you living expenses and board etc so dont double count them. If using the schools estimations for budgets then the opportunity cost is your years disposable income (excluding taxes/rent/board) However a one year course is unlikely to have a paid internship if any, thus for a two year mba you would then also need to take away any internship salary subject to tax treatments.
