Sorry, it sounds stupid, but how do i find out who is my application coordinator. The email I got confirming my application as being complete only said "Kind Regards, the MBA admission office".

The wait is killing me, the fact that the GMAT score on my profile is not strong is only adding to the anxiety...

Call the coordinator of the campus which you want to start on (Andrew Bueno for Font). He will give you your application coordinator (depends of your living country or your first language).

However, don't expect your coordinator give you feedback on your application. He is not part of the addmission teams and his job is just to ease the process. However, it never hurts to ask.

Indeed, not in the initial email (when you apply), but in the email you receive after to acknowledge the complete application.

@robospierre - thats the email i was referring to. I just cant find the name of my coordinator. Am i lost :(

"Dear akp,

I am pleased to inform you that I have received your application package and will be your primary contact during the Admissions Process. I have thoroughly checked the elements you sent and I am happy to confirm your file is now complete and ready to be reviewed for Round 1 on the September 2011 intake. **

As per our Staged Admissions dates, November 5th is the latest date by which you should hear from us. For more details on our Admissions process, please feel free to consult our website on the above link.

**If you have given full GMAT / TOEFL test details on Page 2 of your PROFILE, or if you have provided test score photocopies, this is sufficient to consider your application as complete, as we will not be checking our Pearson Vue / ETS records at this stage in the process. In the event that your original GMAT scores (and TOEFL scores if applicable) have not yet arrived from Pearson Vue / ETS later on during the evaluation process, you will be asked to provide your own original(s).

Yea, me too.

I don't think it is a big deal. An admission coordinator is just someone to give you some information about the process and help you resolve specific issues (transcript, campus choice, reapplication process ...).

If you realy want to know your admission coordinator, just call them.

As long as someone remembers to email me the interview invite and then the acceptance, I am not overly worried about the missing admission coordinator

Congratulations guys. With the updates now, am i the only one who is checking my mail every few minutes and fretting when the mailbox displays symbol for a new email..

@habeebee thanks mate. Its just cos my verbal is a tad lower than what insead states, its 34 or 63%ile... so just an added factor to worry about, everything else, I am happy with :)
