Hi, guys.
Finally finished both my interviews on the same day today, the experiences had been positive I think. Both of my first two interviewers were not available due to scheduling conflicts and I had to fly to another city near by to finish my interviews.
The first interviewer was a venture captalist. The interview was very casual and we briefly went over, why mba, why INSEAD, career goals, then I started to ask some questions about INSEAD campus life, career services, job hunting and how INSEAD have helped the interviewer's career. It took about an hour in total. My advice would be to prepare questions for the interviewers and get them to talk about the things you won't know from INSEAD's website. After all, the interview should go both ways.
My second interviewer was a senior executive in a industry closely related to what my current company is doing. Yhe questions were a bit tougher. There weren't any direct questions about why MBA, why not, why INSEAD, I only tried to insert them into other questions where I find a chance. The questions was more like case studies directly related to the business model with my current company, such as why do I think the senior managements have made certain choices and what do I think about the outcomes on those activities. I feel that it was not easy to answer because I really have only worked on the technical side of those business activities in my company. I tried my best to answer them with what I understand. I don't think he was really looking at whether the answers were right or wrong, but rather to see how I react. After all, I feel it was still positive because we spent almost 3 hours together exchanging our views. If he didn't like me, the interview would have ended way earlier.

I am still waiting for my flight at airport and I will update roll call for R2 once I get home...
Good luck everyone!!!
