INSEAD video application questions?

MaureenM Many of the questions will be along the themes of
1. Leadership (managing at different levels- more through influence than power/ what's your leadership style)
2. Crisis management or working under pressure (facing adversities or opposition, issues between people – functional logjams and technical hurdles)
3. Dealing with diversity (bridging cultural gaps, seeing someone else's perspective, learning something new about a different culture)
4. Self awareness (your strengths and weaknesses, character traits, flaws and areas for improvement)
5. Why INSEAD

Prepare 2-3 examples for each theme.

Be candid and confident. In the video questions, remember to describe the small, human-level things you did to show gratitude, move people forward, and illustrate the details that, together with the lessons learned, make leadership and teamwork stories work. Convey to the school through mini examples how you lead inclusively, intuitively, and analytically. Invoke stories to show the admission committee how readily you can cede power, intervention, or visibility when doing so helps the group. If you have leadership experiences, share them.

The objective behind the KIRA questions is not to scout for applicants with the perfect answers but to see how the applicant is during real conversations. So don't be too stressed if you are.
