Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share with you the 4 questions I had to answer when applying R1 for September 2019 intake. Best of luck to R2 applicants!

- How do you keep abreast on the latest about INSEAD?
- Describe a time you had a culture shock?
- You are leading a group project with a team who have never met each other and are from diverse culturual/professional/educational backgrounds. What is your strategy for how to foster a collaborative environment? 
- How do you stay focused on your company vision?

It would be interesting to see how they expect a response to the first question - browsing their website, subscribing to news letter and maybe attending meetings but beyond that, how far can you push it?

Bonjour Pasteur, I think this is really a question about how much research you have done on the program disguised. Also....a question to see if you have contacted/connected or have connections to alumni who have recommended the program. They are looking for people who are into networking, connected....this adds more value to the experience for students, alums and thus for INSEAD.
