Insead vs. Cornell 1 Year MBA - Need Help!

Hi, appreciate your advice! So I made a late decision to apply for a MBA and I am looking at Cornell 1 Year vs Insead. I have not been admitted but I need to choose because of the tight deadline situation.
Cornell 1 year - 4th round rolling close Apr 15, program starts in mid-May
Insead - 2nd round close Apr 22, program starts in Jan 2016
If I choose to apply to Cornell and is successful, then I would need to decide whether or not to accept before I can receive Insead's decision on my application. In this scenario, it would be pointless to apply to Cornell unless it is my preferred choice because I would need to reject the acceptance if I want to wait for Insead's decision. However, if I fail, I would still have a chance with Insead.
With this logic, if Insead is my first choice, then I should not be applying to Cornell because I will need to wait for Insead's decision anyways regardless of whether Cornell accepts me or not.
I am a Canadian citizen, 30 y/o, who wants to work in US/Canada post-MBA in consulting, or strategy/general management (preferably in tech). I have non-tech entrepreneurial experiences and worked in finance planning & analysis at a large tech company.
I am also considering to apply to Cambridge MBA with round 4 deadline on May 1, as other US deadlines have passed.
Thank you so much for your help and appreciate your opinions!!!
