Absolutely. I think we're in reverse academic positions, but have similar goals. You might want to check out programs such as Georgetown's masters in foreign service, Johns Hopkins SAIS, the Fletcher School at Tufts, etc. there are a lot of solid programs out there and I've just listed a few. Having a business background definitely helps you understand the quantitative side of international business e.g. International finance, trade deals. getting a degree more focused on international relations makes sense because it can help you understand the politics and other "soft power" issues. Because everything is interconnected from politics to business getting a masters in international relations will definitely help your pitch.
