International Wharton Applicant's TOEFL problem

Hi fellow applicants.
I was thrilled to submit my application several hours ago, leaving a little bit of concern about it.
Although I submitted my TOEFL score (109) from Dec 18th test, I am sure I'd get the higher score from Dec 26th test (+111), that score which is not available yet.
I called ETS last night after 2 hours of awaiting on the line... They said the full score report (scoring for SP/WR) for Dec 26th test will be available at least from Jan 22, 2022, because of COVID19 outbreak in the office.. Given all these situations, will the admission office accept my updated higher score, if I e-mail them with proper explanation?
Need help Thank you!!!

Hi,
I guess, Yesterday I had also submitted my application form. Their were two options regarding English test. Firstly, if you are opting for 'English test waiver' than you need to write 200 words (Short essay) regarding why you required English test waiver i.e. your job profile etc etc....I had filled that one..
Secondly, in the section of English test exam opted i.e I guess TOEFL or PTE than also you need to write the short essay question of 200 words...So I had opted for first one of 200 words....Than I think don't need to require for submitting any test scores.....correct me...if I am not wrong.
