Internet down during test

Question

Hi all

I wrote the GMAT this morning. I started with Quants and after finishing the section, I went to the bathroom, when I came back, the internet servers went down.

Apparently the test does not stop/pause when this happens, so I waited for 3 hours and the internet was still down. So my test probably would have finished it self and would not have accepted the score.

Would I be able to see what I scored on the Quant section? And when will I be able to see it?

No, you won't be able to see your score for this attempt. Pearson should reach out to you soon to offer you a free retake (or you could call them up, which would probably be a better idea).

Write a mail to Pearson/GMAC, hope they will cancel the test and arrange one more test for you.

They will provide you a retest for sure. but the test data however is lost & won't be avalable
