Hi bb I took empowergmat 1 month course about 1 year back, but still corresponding 200 reward points did not reflect in my account. Can you pls check the glitch here

Do you mean that you have redeemed the course with points a year ago and points were not deducted?

Or are you saying that you have purchased the course and expecting to earn points for it?

Hi bb
I had applied to redeem my points to get access to Target Test Prep. I have not received any communication for that till now.

Will it take a more than 2-3 days. In that case, I want to cancel my request and get back my points.

Kindly Guide

Sorry, I’m afraid not. You can only get it once.

say I've 100 points.
Will they reset to 0 if I claim the silver status?

and if I've 150 points and I redeem all of them for something worth 150points (in the silver category), will by status be back to bronze?

There are redeemable and level qualifying points - you will see them in your profile. Your level-qualification is independent of your redemptions, so it does not cost you any points to reach the Silver tier. You get upgraded to silver after getting 100th point.

Hi bb
Let say after redeeming 25 kudos, I have my kudos down from 100 to 75...
1) Will I lose my Platinum status and be downgraded to Gold status ? Let say I already have 400 points before redeeming the 25 kudos.

2) will I have to earn 125 kudos (instead of 100 kudos) to achieve Diamond status, on top of point requirement?

Thanks for clarification

You will not get downgraded but your point earning may stop until you reach the platinum level of kudos required.

PS. I am actually not sure but that is my expectation of that situation outcome.

!
Please note that GMAT Club Test Redemption values will be going up as of September 1, 2019 to the following:
2 weeks: 60 points
1 month: 120 points
3 months: 200 points

The old values/points will still be available until Sept 1st, 2019. Feel free to redeem GMAT Club tests at those redemption levels until then.
Thank you for your participation!
BB.

Hi bb

Suppose I have already purchased a course from a test prep company and I redeem additional rewards here, will the redemption get added to the existing course

for example, lets say I purchased Veritas pep 7 tests and I redeem 100 points here, will these 7 tests get added to the existing 7 tests and make it 14?

:-) no. It does not work that way. Imagine you buy a ticket to the Elton John concert. If you buy two tickets do you think 2 Elton John’s will be singing for you? :)

Veritas Prep has 7 CATs. They don’t have 14 CATs. No amount of money in the world can get your 14.

PS. If you’re going to redeem a reward for veritas tests, you should register a new account as we’ve had issues extending old accounts.

Thx.
BB.

Please log out of YouTube and log back in. Then visit this page again: https://gmatclub.com/youtube_verify.php

Repeat until it works :-)

If that does not work, please try again 7 days later (this is if you have a brand new YouTine account)

Hello, where to redeem kudos against GMATClub tests? I can see an option to redeem qualifying points (200 for 6 months) but I believe same can be done using 25 kudos.

Thank you!

Search is the best option or FAQ in the tests.
P.S. If it were so easy, everyone would do it

Hello,
I got my Circle Back badge#2 today but 20 points are not added. Can you look into it? The timestamp is 2019-09-09 09:56.

Thank you!

Those extra/grace points are granted for the first time you earned a badge not for later times. i.e this is you second time so no grace points this time.
