Should be 'C'

q>0 ===> p>0 ====> 3p< 4p

i) if q=-2 and p = -1 that's true
but if q=2 and p=1 that's not true so INSUFF

ii) q>0 does not guarantee that 3p>2q

together i and ii guarantee a big NO, so C

Why not 'A'
Question: Is 3p> 2q -> q/p<1> q/p=2.
Statement2: Irrelevant!!!!!

Thus 'A'

Thus 'A'

A is not sufficient
q=2p , if p=-2, q = -4 , -6 >-8 TRUE
if p = 2, q = 4, 6 > 8 FALSE

q >0 is also not sufficient as it gives no info on p

A & B together is sufficient, hence C
OA is C
