As far as I know, DS is only in DI and some DS are verbal.

DS is definitely less important.
At the same time, if you want to score high, you need to be fairly good at DS because math DS is still usually the most common type of DI question, and as a result, level of DS skill often makes the difference between a pretty high score and a high score.
