Is it a good idea to ask my manager to write 5 reference letters?

Hi everyone,
I am applying to MBA later this year, likely next month for the Round 1 thrill.
Well, let's assume my current boss would be happy to write the recommendation letters for me, I am still a little concerned. I will apply to approximately 5 schools, likely, Sloan, Tepper, and Darden in the US, with McGill and Queens in Canada. Knowing that every school is seeking for some different information from the referees, it will be stupid if she just changes the school's name and sends out the identical letter to 5 different schools. However, I am not sure who on earth has the patience to read five sets of instructions, and write 5 different reference letters for one person. Even if she is okay with it, the quality of each could potentially be affected just because of this. I guess I could just limit my choices to two schools (one in USA, one in Canada), but then I might end up getting nothing at all so it will not be feasible.
Anyone has the same concern or has found a way around this issue? Thanks in advance of sharing!
