(2) The product of integer m and integer n is an even integer.

combined we can have two scenarios
a) if n=3 , m=2 ....then Yes
b) if n=6 , m=3....then No
considering above examples for both statements

Statement 1) n/2 is divisible by 2, giving and odd integer, thus n is definitely even else it would not have been divisible by 2..but what about m...don't know ...hence Insuff.
Statement 2) mxn = even, i.e.odd (m) x even(n) or even(m) x odd(n) or even(m) x even(m) ....doesn't tell what m is...Insuff..
Combine 1 & 2)
n is even so m can be either odd or even...hence Insuff....
Hence Ans = E
Am I right?
