Hi for beginners I guess both magoosh and TTP is a good resource but not if you want to increase your score post 90 percentile because the videos miss a few advanced concepts. For Quant even e-gmat and gmatwhiz are more comprehensive imo.
But imo the best and free to start will be going through GMAT Club Ultimate Quantitative Guide post first and Ron Stewart and Delv academy CR videos (by acemaster @AjiteshArun) on Youtube
