"Thank you for contacting mba . com Customer Care. We apologize for any frustrations you have experienced with the GMAT Official Practice platform. There is a technical issue impacting the Review Exam feature of the Practice Exams, resulting in the error "signature verification process failed". Our team is diligently working to resolve this issue. You will be contacted via email as soon as this issue has been resolved.
We apologize again and thank you for your patience."

I'm preparing for my online GMAT, which I'll take next sunday 8-nov. Today I had planned to review some mock exams I've been taking through these weeks and go through the error log
However, when I try to click on "review exam", I'm redirected to a blank page that reads "Signature verification process failed"
Is anyone facing this same issue? Does anyone knows how to solve this?

Hi,
I did face a similar issue today. I couldn't complete my test. I was able to do the verbal and quant sections, but the software wouldn't load the first IR question. Now everytime I try to 'continue', it says 'unable to load page.'
If I try to look at an old mock, it says signature verification process failed.
I think the best you can do is contact customer care support. Unfortunately, it's available only Monday through Friday.
