I got selected for doing MBA degree at MITSOT.
I am going for Finance option.Is it ok..
since MITSOT is seems more towards system.

mitsot is any time better these days.... sob has huge intake due to which placement status fallen... as far as student life is concerned mitsot gives better milage than sob due to bit aggressive in nature... sot has better faculty members as well...

yes you can go for mitsot with finance.... if u would have opted for systems then only its focused towards telecom... As finance remains finance..... i got to know they have good placements in finance as well.... no harm is in opting for finance at mitsot... all the best

yes mitsot is better due to its placement, entrepreneurship incubation center & opportunities to students.... sob has lost its charm...

I could like to add to this.

mitsot is ranked A4 in best B school survey 2014 in Indian management magazine in may 2014.
Same survey has ranked mitsob as rank A6. these shows mitsot is better mitsob. i guess these answers your question.

I asked my friend ,He told me that finance at mitsot is core finance.
It is better that mitsob.
