C?

From ST.1 , can be rectangle or square.

From St2. Insuff.

All angles are equal to 90 deg and a=b, sufficient to prove it is square.

Okay so I was totally thrown off by the second statement. Why did I not rhombus...anyways, there is also something I wanted to ask regarding this question

Is Quadrilateral ABCD above a square?

(1) Quadrilateral ABCD has four right angles

(2) a = b

If we look at statement (1)- sorry if this is a question worth admonishing someone with response containing a very obvious and fundamental answer, but couldn't four right angles also be in a rectangle? From this reasoning, I concluded statement one was insufficient.
