I suppose it ultimately depends on your career plan - suppose you want to work for an Investment Banking firm, then it is definitely a brownie point. Suppose you want to work in supply chain management, then it is not of much use, is it.
Completely based on your career choice, if you want to get into marketing or HR, not worth doing it. But if you want to get into audit operations or finance fields, then yes, it's a cherry on the cake.

This is probably not the best thread for asking this question but let me still answer it.
CFA can be useful if you are looking for a career in Finance- particularly in investments. Hence, whether "CFA is worth it", the simple answer is "yes". "Whether it is for you"- depends; depends on your career goals.
I shall personally ignore talks about anything on the lines of CFA is a scam etc.
