Statement 1
As we do not know any information on the Set A, as to how many numbers are there, This statement is not sufficient.
Statement 2
As we do not know any information, other than that the largest number is 12, This statement is not sufficient.
Combining the two statements,
we 12 is the largest number ad 0 is the median. So we have at least another number in the set which is less than 0. Therefore the Range is greater than the median.
Answer is C
