Is the toefl scratch pad similar to the gmat scratch pad?

Is the toefl scratch pad similar to the gmat scratch pad?  [#permalink]

I don't really have a problem with either but its better to kind of know before going in. I did so many searches on google and apparently there is not a single picture / video of a toefl scratch pad. Neither does anyone sell anything of similar description on amazon so that I can get an idea of what it is. Is it the same wiping board of the GMAT (I am familiar with that). Or is it just normal pen and paper.

I have been to the center for Tofel and Gmat and there were only one type of Scratch Pad.
So I think both are similar.
