Is the verbal Review ( purple book) much easier than the official guide?
I get 87% correct in the review and a 65% in the OG 11 .
How could that be possible?

I do not think so ... It is simply because you are viewing nearly 90% of the same question you already done ... It is normal the second time you score better (for the same exercieces)

... You seem to have applied your CR skills pretty well here..
Yes, the supplement is easier than the main OG book. With the supplement you are getting additional content, but not additional "harder" content. If you are looking for additional content with the same difficulty as the OG, you can try the GMATPrep Question Pack: https://www.manhattangmat.com/ogs2-verbal.cfm. (see here for a review of the question pack: gmatprep-question-pack-1-review-131392.html)
@ kyle, verbal review's question is of which level in the GMAT? I mean are these 680+ level or even lesser than that?

It's very difficult to say the overall difficulty of the book. The questions increment in difficulty (generally speaking), so the early questions will be in the 500 range. I don't have the book with me right now, but I would assume that the later questions will get to the 700 range. So, you should have some challenging questions in the Verbal Review, but the overall difficulty from start to finish will be lower than the standard OG.
