Is triangle ABC above a right triangle?

(1) x – y = 0
$$x – y = 0.........x=y$$
the combination could be 90-45-45.... Yes
But it could be 60-60-60 also.....No
or 80-50-50.......No
insuff

(2) x + y = 90
$$x+y+\angle{BAC}=180....90 + \angle{BAC}=180......\angle{BAC}=90$$
suff
