You need just one LOR.

I am an R2 applicant and I confirmed with one of my friend who applied in R1 regarding the number of LOR
Unfortunately, even I don't have the LOR questions. Someone posted the same in the group the other day. Even I am looking forward for someones response on that question

ESSAY 1 - If we were to admit just one more candidate to the Postgraduate Programme (PGP) at the ISB, why should it be you? [500 words]

ESSAY 2 - Describe your short and long term career plans. How does the PGP fit in with those? [300 words]

1. Please provide a brief description of your interaction with the applicant and, if applicable, the applicant's role in your organization.
2. How does the applicant's performance compare to that of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? Please provide specific examples. (E.g. what are the applicant's principal strengths?)
3. Describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant’s response.
4. Is there anything else we should know?

Hey, can someone suggest on the LOR process.
I've spent 3.5 years (42 months) in a FMCG and currently working in a startup for last 22 months.
If I have to get one LoR which one would be more suggestive. (I have performed equally good in both the places in terms of internal growth. However, personally I feel I've done better in the start up).
