Choice B: An instance when you went out of the ordinary to achieve something significant, but in hindsight feel you could have done better. [200 words]

State the background of the situation, the context, and the details. Mention your role and how you were involved. What were the challenges you encountered?

Why do you think the issue has to be revisited? What aspect of the solution you felt was left out in the previous instance?

If you were to redo or revisit the situation, how different the approach would be? How will it solve the pain area and what are the benefits to stakeholders? Do mention what did you learn from this experience - how you grew as a professional and as a person.
