ISB essays 2020-21 released (2021 intake; Class of 2022)

Question

The ISB application for 2020-21 is now open. The ISB essays 2020-21 follow one change to the essays from the previous application (2019-20).

The ISB essay topics for 2020-21 are:  
 Essay 1 : Describe with examples the most important personal quality that you possess that significantly enhances your prospects of being successful as a leader? (400 words max)
 Essay 2 : What are your short term and long term career goals? How will Post Graduate Program at ISB assist you in achieving your goals. (400 words max)

The deadlines for the ISB application 2020-21 are:  
 Round 1 : September 20, 2020 
 Round 2 : Not announced yet

Important points to note: 
- The first essay topic this year is completely new. The second essay remains broadly similar to last year's goals essay, with some changes. 
- The rest of the online application remains the same as earlier, in ISB's familiar format. 
- As of now, the program commencement date for the ISB Class of 2022 remains April 10, 2021. 
- Indications are that there will probably only be a Round 2 (no Round 3) this year, with a deadline of Jan 1, 2021. However, that is still to be formally announced, and till it is, it cannot be said to be final.

Finally, the admissions are open for the ISB program. Is it just me, or you all also felt that it took so long? Well, I hope the assignments are easy. If not, I still have some assignment experts to guide me, but my main focus will be on achieving good scores during the exams because they will hold more significance than the assignments, right?
