Hello Radhika46,

The GPA is on the lower side and that may prove to be disadvantageous. If you can take the GRE up further, it may prove to be beneficial for your overall case.

Rest, of course, a lot will depend on how well you tie your background with your proposed goals and how nicely your essays portray the strengths in your profile.

All the best!

Hi Radhika,

Your GRE and number of years of work ex would surely put you in the consideration pool for the ISB PGP/ IIM A/B EPGP program. I feel the number of job changes could be something that you want to address in the appropriate essay so that the rationale for your choices becomes clear. With a solid application and a clear story you should be in a competitive position. Product Management profiles give a lot of opportunity to mentor, collaborate and even lead multiple teams and work styles. They actually can help you create compelling stories.

Average GRE at ISB was 328/329. So, if you can, I would suggest that you consider pushing the GRE score up by few points.

Dear Radhika46,

Looking at what you have shared so far, we can see that you have average academics and a decent GRE score, which is slightly below the median but still within a workable range.

Where your profile has the potential to truly stand out is your work experience. Having worked across leading Indian startups and analytics firms, and now holding a role as a Product Manager, your journey so far seems diversified and potentially high impact. While we would need a little more clarity on your roles and responsibilities through each of these transitions, there appears to be strong potential to craft a compelling narrative.

We would be happy to speak with you further to explore how to most impactfully present your profile and how an MBA can serve as a launchpad for your aspirations.

At Team FLY, we are a collective of ISB alumni dedicated to supporting prospective MBA applicants with profile positioning, essay reviews, and interview preparation.

Starting this year, we are also working to make our offerings more outcome-driven and candidate-friendly, with added flexibility for those who partner with us through the journey.

Please feel free to book a 15 minute free session for a detailed discussion with us: https://calendly.com/reachusfly/15min
