YRS997,
I want to begin by highlighting the evident strengths in your profile, which include
stellar academic achievements throughout your 10th, 12th, and university years, as well as your
impressive work experience. You have had early exposure to data analysis, providing critical insights on KPIs for leadership. Your subsequent experience with the firm has given you significant visibility into top leadership, assisting them with key decision-making processes and providing a comprehensive view of the company's overall state.
These experiences are highly valued by management consulting firms and organizations seeking candidates for key general management roles, should you wish to pivot your career in that direction. Furthermore, these experiences will undoubtedly give you an edge and help you stand out among the applicants at ISB.
However, while your academics and work experience are impressive,
ISB evaluates applicants holistically. They are interested in
understanding you as an individual, which includes knowing who you are beyond your work and degrees. This is where we believe you need to reflect on your interests, what motivates you, and your aspirations. Crafting these elements effectively in your application essays will be crucial.
To sum it up, with a high GMAT score (655+ for the focus edition) and strong, well-thought-out admission essays, we believe you have a strong chance of securing an interview invite. We are genuinely eager to learn more about your profile and to assist you comprehensively throughout the application journey—from refining your essays to providing guidance on letters of recommendation and preparing for admission interviews.
At Team FLY, we are a collective of ISB alumni dedicated to supporting prospective ISB candidates with profile positioning, essay critiques, and interview preparations.
