Hi all, I am also applying for ISB YLP. I have taken GMAT twice and haven't done very well. I will be giving my third attempt in about a month or two, don't want to rush into it again. Any idea if the adcom will look at 3 GMAT attempts negatively or will ignore the number of attempts and only look at the score?

It gets uploaded and then vanishes. If your application inspector says 'Complete', you should be good to go.

yeah thats the problem. My application inspector still says incomplete

Hello Guys!

Today, i.e. 30th march, I received a mail from ISB stating that I have not submitted my application even though I have paid in full for the application. Also it stated that if I am not able to see a submit button, which wasn't at all there on the screen after I made the payment, on the screen clear cookies and cache. How am I supposed to do this after the deadline. There is nothing there on the portal.

This is what the email said -

We noticed that you have paid the YLP stage 1 application fee, but have not submitted the application form yet.
Please login to your application and click on the SUBMIT button to submit your application at the earliest.

Please Note: If you are unable to see the submit button, please clear your browser cache and login again.

Hello Guys!

hey even I faced this issue, just login again you will be able to see the submit button under submitapplication. there was a glitch that day because of which you had to hard refresh to submit your application.

Hi, I have submitted my application for YLP Stage 1, and am yet to give my GMAT.
What kind of essay can we expect in stage 2, and what is the process of submitting an evaluation in stage 2. Do we need an LOR or would we have to give contact of someone who can answer questions about us?

On 7th May and they have verified the applications. You can check whether your application is complete or not on the portal

Stage 2 essays haven't been announced yet. Should be announced shortly.
Given that the Stage 1 essay has remained unchanged, Stage 2 essay might also remain unchanged from last year.
Last year's essay was - "What is the first and foremost thing you would like to improve in yourself? How do you plan to do it?"

Regarding Evaluations - They are submitted online. Your recommender will receive a link on their email address to answer some questions.

Hi, my application status still seems to read 'Application submitted online' on the portal. Can anyone else, barring Shashwatp, see an update regarding the completion status of their application on the portal?

Don't worry too much about status changes. You will receive an update from ISB either way once the results are announced.
ISB is not known for stellar tech-systems, and there are often problems associated with the statuses.

So unless you have received specific communication from ISB regarding incomplete applications or not submitted apps, don't overthink it.
