I uploaded a word document converted into a PDF stating that I would submit my GMAT score by 30th Sept. Now it shows complete. So basically we need to upload a PDF in the GMAT score section. However, is this an ideal way to go ahead?

No one is picking up or replying, so I also did the same. I also sent them an email saying that I have done this.

I have also uploaded a similar pdf in the Upload Documents section. But what data(scores/percentile) should we enter in the Test Scores section?

I thought we could leave it empty because in the email, they’ve said " We have set the test score fields to non-mandatory in order to allow you to avail this extension "

I got a reply saying that if am unable to submit without the gmat score report, I should send them a screenshot of the same. I think you should also do this. Send them a mail along with screenshot of the portal.

Okay, too much confusion and for some reason ISB hasn’t rolled out a broadcast. Based on last year’s experience, here’s what I think you all should do (for extension),
- add the max score 800/340 in the test scores column and the max percentiles + break-up
- Upload the new appointment confirmation in case you have one in lieu of the score report or a PDF with the text that you’re applying for an extension
- Start preparing for the interviews as this procedural lack of communication has taken up a lot of your time already!

If it is for the email regarding GMAT/GRE scores, fill the scores as 800/340 respectively. All those who have received responses have been told the same thing.

Again got a reply from Isb, saying to ignore the previous email and proceed with uploading a dummy pdf in the gmat score section.

I could see that we can submit the application even without entering any GMAT score in the 'Test Scores' section. So I think entering the maximum scores of GMAT is not mandatory and those who have not entered scores now can provide them through the link that ISB will send next (about which they mentioned in the last mail).
Please correct me if I am wrong.

If you had not entered scores before receiving ISB's email for date extension, you will be able to leave them blank. Entering a full score is for the people who had entered some scores previously because resetting the scores is not possible. Hope this helps! :)
