Hi Everyone,
I faced this issue too .I wrote an email to GMAC and called them up, they said they have raised the issue with their tech team and meanwhile shared a free code with me for exam 5 & 6.
In case someone else is facing the same issue please call them on their help line- +1 703-668-9602 (available 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri)
Hope this helps everyone else.

Unfortunately its a unique one time code and cannot be shared.

You can purchase the same from gmac.

Hi guys,

Did anyone also received this message when trying to connect to the online practice exam: "Unable to load questions. Cannot read property ’Section Number’ of undefined"

In addition - when trying to open the practice exam via the Gmatprep tool, the "Next" button on the right just doesn't appear...

Any suggestions?

I got an update from GMAC, their developers have fixed the issue and exam 3 is working now.

Faced the same issue with Practice test 2 today in the verbal section. It was taking almost 30 seconds to load the next question while the timer kept running. Lost almost 15-20 mins because of this. Really frustrating. Will be sending a mail to GMAC regarding this.

Hi,
I am having the same issue with GMATOfficialPrep Practice Exam 2 in 2020. I have started the exam with Quant section. Only 26 mins into the Quant section, I am stuck at the window "Please Wait.. Your question is being evaluated". It has been more than one hour I am stuck.

I am unable to click on pause, save for later etc. Should I close the window and restart - although I don't want to lose the score for the questions I have already done. Don't want to attempt them again as well since scores will be skewed. Can anybody please suggest what to do here?

The exact same problem happened with me today (06-11-2020). Had to refresh and then save for later. Opened incognito mode and then gave the practice test. But nevertheless, your precious experience of giving a GMAT like exam, in one sitting, gets wasted.
