They are travelling a combined 130+122 = 252km per hour
Distance traveled in 1 min = 252/60 = 4.2km

total distance ; 1260km
relative speed ; 130+122 ; 252kmph
total time ; 1260/252 ; 5 hrs or say 300 mins
so per mine time ; 1260/300 ; 4.2km
