Tricky question.
I've firstly come up with three alternatives; A, B, and D. And I've identified two words from each person; appreciation / good music. A is not right because it's Jill's point only. D seems too general and is not quite in line with Jack's and Jill's. So I went to B.
I am always finding difficulties in selecting a right answer for this type of question...need to get improved...
